All items are shipped via USPS. Please allow 3-5 days for shipping for readymade items and 7-10 days for made-to-order items.
How your package will arrive:
Stickers will come in an envelope, tracking is not available on these.
Prints will come in a rigid envelope without tracking. (tracking may be included on international orders)
Embroideries come in a box with padding, tracking, and insurance is included.
If you order multiple types of items they will be all be included in the larger type of package.
Please let me know if you have any issues! I will be more than happy to help as well as I can. That said, I am unable to issue refunds on orders without tracking or shipping insurance. I am not responsible for any damage or loss by the buyer. Orders over $20 will be insured through USPS in case of damage or loss in transit.
